WHAT DOES IT TAKE?
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic employee to join our team. The Production Technician position is hands-on in our production facility in Norwalk, CT. The role requires assembling equipment, maintaining inventory, fulfilling orders, and performing all related QC processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in collaboration, working with their hands, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble life-saving systems from raw components, ensuring reliability of the final product
- Provision equipment to customer specifications
- Pack and ship orders
- Maintain stock levels and inventory accuracy
- Receive, test and log equipment returns
- Identify and communicate equipment defects to management
- Collaborate with management and engineers to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Education, training, or experience in assembly, testing and quality control environments.
- High degree of dexterity and ability to work with small components
- Good close-range vision or ability to work under magnification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Reliable transportation to and from our Pearl Street office in Norwalk
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn networking concepts and the ability to troubleshoot connection problems.
- Experience with basic electronics soldering
- Excellent documentation, organizational, time management and collaboration skills.
- Highly motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Strong attention to detail, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HubSpot, Katana, and Google Workspace is a plus.
