WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our expansion by bringing our groundbreaking drowning detection systems to market. You will connect with prospects in person and by phone to educate, inspire, and close deals—helping save lives with every installation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect, engage, and develop new business opportunities via both field outreach and telephone sales.

  • Present and demonstrate drowning prevention solutions to decision-makers at pools, aquatic centers, schools, and other organizations.

  • Execute the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, presentations, proposals, and closing.

  • Deliver product education and articulate the life-saving impact of our solutions in a compelling, mission-driven manner.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and serve as an advocate for their safety needs.

  • Meet or exceed ambitious sales targets and growth objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • High-energy self-starter with passion for community impact and safety.

  • Mission-driven and inspired by purpose-driven work that saves lives.

  • Track record of success in sales (field, telephone, or hybrid); experience selling to schools, municipalities, or not-for-profit organizations preferred.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a fast-growth, evolving team setting.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to go the extra mile for every customer.

  • Willingness to travel periodically  for field sales and demonstrations.
