
VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, remote environment, demonstrates outstanding communication skills, and can manage a diverse range of executive tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Screen emails and prioritize correspondence for the executive.

Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Conduct research and compile reports or briefing materials as requested.

Assist with document drafting, editing, and proofing, including presentations and reports.

Support project management including tracking deadlines and deliverables.

Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners on behalf of the executive.

Execute personal tasks and errands as needed.
Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or related administrative role.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.

High level of professionalism and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
